AP Government has declared Thullur region as the proposed capital of the state and it kept aside city like Vijaywada and Nuzivid area . The main reason for selecting Thullur as the AP capital is Vasthu and it is an open secret and apart from that the officials believed that it would be a tourist destination also. The CRDA is constituted to monitor the development of the capital in the region.
