Story:
The tale begins with Anil (sumanth ashwin) an MBA graduate from Rajahmundry who is in search of a girl from urban background to lead a carefree life and a creative Hyderabadi girl Ananya (eesha) who believes in values and the sweet something of life such as romance. Apparently both of them are witness to the not-so-happy relationships of their respective parents. They meet during a wedding in Hyderabad and get into a relationship. But in order to test themselves whether they are ‘fit & ready’ for a long-term relationship they take a decision and what happens after that forms the rest of the story.
Performances:
Sumanth Ashwin is a charming boy and his eyes have a spark. His confidence and energy levels are good but he needs to control them wherever required and show convincing expressions during emotional scenes.
Eesha is cute and has a sensuous voice (if it is her own). She has good glamour quotient and shows promising potential as a performer. If she can plan her future movies properly she will go to different places.
Good to see Madhoo back but it looks like she wanted to make full use of this chance so she put energies of ten films in one film. Also, she needs to come out of that anorexic look and appear healthy.
Srinivas Avasarala is one bundle of talent who is somehow not being used properly by the industry. He was hilarious and needs to be given more chances to exploit his potential.
Rao Ramesh was excellent, Ravi Babu was elegant and contained, Rohini was natural, Jhansi was standard. The others did their bit as required and contributed effectively.
Technical Departments:
The movie is Mohan Indraganti’s signature style romance, family and comedy entertainer. The story is sensible. This film once again proves that script is the god for filmmakers. The screenplay complimented very well. Dialogues can be rated as the hero for the film. Cinematography was excellent and music was good. Production values were rich.
Plus Points:
Ashwin has done a good job in the movie.
Rohini and Rao Ramesh's classy performance
Srinivas Avasarala Dialogues
First Half
Romantic sequences
Story
Dialogues
Minus Points:
No sufficient humour dose
Second Half
Needless melodrama
Final Analysis:
The film with its eventual foray into living relationships confines it for viewing to more of urban and multiplex audience. Emotions and relationships were shown in different perspectives but typical male and female stereotyping could have been toned down a little. Overall the film is a thorough class entertainer that depicts relationships very candidly in a modern era added with the creative and romantic dialogues of the male and female leads. At the box office, this would work for the urban and matured audience so success looks quite possible.
Final word: Overall Anthaku Mundu Aa Tarvatha is A worth watching for those in a relationship and those seeking a fresh whiff of air in Telugu cinema
