After bifurcation Andhra Pradesh government has made master plan to develop each region in state as smart city. In part of that ruling party TDP announced that the government is planning to develop Temple town Tiruptahi as educational & health hub and trying to make it as Mega smart city. Tirumala Tirupathi Devastanam (TDP) has decided to support government in development of Tirupathi.

Already TTD EO analysed the drinking water problem, traffic problem are main in city and asked TDP officials to take necessary action to rub out these problems as soon as possible. TDP finally agreed to help government in providing basic needs to develop Tirupathi into Mega Smart City.
