As many as three films (Khaidi No.150, Gauthamiputra Satakarni, Shatamanam Bhavati) are gearing up for release during the upcoming Sankranthi season. Surprisingly, None of makers of these crazy projects officially announced the release date so far. Here are the release dates under consideration as per trade circles.

Khaidi No.150: Release could be either on January 11th or 13th. VV Vinayak wishes to release the flick one day after 'Satakarni' due to sentiment. Mostly, When two films clash at the Box Office. The film arriving first will take the burden of expectations and would pay a heavy price if the content doesn't hit the right chord. Even if the other film is slightly better, Then it will make a moolah at the Box Office. However, Chiru & Charan want the movie to release first due to demonetisation. Record theaters will be available if 'Khaidi No.150' releases on Jan 11th, So that massive openings could be guaranteed.

Gauthamiputra Satakarni: Balakrishna and Krish want to release it on January 12th at any cost.

Shatamanam Bhavathi: Dil Raju is waiting for an official announcement from Mega & Nandamuri Camps. He would mostly release his project on January 14th.

Team Satakarni will announce release date at Audio Launch on January 26th. Whereas, Megastar would confirm release date during the pre-release event in January 1st Week.
