From writing, Kona Venkat has become a producer and the directorial-supervision now. His name went on to become a brand in Tollywood now. This brand used to associate with another brand, Sreenu Vytla, sometime back, but now the relationship got strained.
Talking about Bruce Lee, Kona spoke openly about it while promoting his latest movie "Shankarabaranam". "Me and Sreenu garu are not on good terms now. But that doesn't mean I'm taking legal action on him. After being associated for long, differences do arise, but that doesn't mean going to courts. Media created some unnecessary controversies" feels Kona. Also he stated that their relation got strained at the moment after he got more upset with Sreenu post Bruce Lee. "I've written 72 scenes. There is no need for any director to use all those scenes. But after titling my name as Story Writer, and if my scenes are used, what happens to our brand?", he questioned.
Anyway, Kona Venkat hinted that for now he's busy with various commitments in film industry in various capacities but haven't ruled out reuniting with Vytla yet again. So, for any relation in film industry, conditions do apply!
