At last, Nandamuri Balakrishna's upcoming film Lion gets a muhurtham for its release and Nandamuri fans have erupted in celebrations since then. However, there's one more reason for Balayya fans to cheer about. Balayya's 2014 blockbuster film, Legend, will be completing 400 days this 1st of May.
What's more miraculous about this feat is that Legend achieved this record by running continuously for 400 days with 4 daily shows in a single theatre, Mini Siva, in Emmiganur of Kurnool district. This clearly speaks volumes about the levels Balayya's fans could go to worship their favourite star. The film also completes 400 days at Archana Theater in Proddutur with a single shift.
Released on 28th March 2013, Legend went on to collect more than 40 crores and ended up as the highest grossing film ever in Balakrishna's career. A grand event celebrating this record will be organised by fans associations in Emmiganur on 2nd May and the film's entire cast and crew members are expected to take part in the event.
