On the sets of the popular reality TV show, 'India's RAW Star', a man has reportedly assaulted Gauhar Khan, actor & reality show star. He tried to touch her and has slapped her. This incident happened during the filming of the grand finale. A finalist came to her rescue and pushed the man aside. The man in question, Akil Malik, was a member of the audience. Reports say that he accused her of wearing short clothes despite being a Muslim, initially made lewd comments and then physically assaulted her.

A case is being currently registered against the person, Akil Malik at Mumbai's Goregaon East Aarey Colony police station. The police will arrest him, and he is likely to be produced at Borivli Court tomorrow (a Mumbai suburban court). Gauhar is expected to reach the police station soon.

Senior Police Inspector Chavan, Aarey Police Station was quoted, "While live shooting of India's RAW star show, one of the spectators named Mohamad Akil Mali came on stage. He further slapped and molested a lady actor. After the complaint was received, the accused has been taken in custody for further legal action."
