Over the past one month, one particular film has been making all the right noises across the country, Madhavan's rugged emotional drama on woman's boxing and love, Saala Khadoos. However, the latest revelations by the film's leading actress Ritika Singh are making even bigger noise.
Not many know that Ritika, the debut actress who played the lead heroine in Saala Khadoos, is an international kick boxer and a mixed martial artiste. Saala Khadoos director and Madhavan spotted her in a boxing event and roped her in for the film.
Recently, Ritika made a shocking revelation about how she was once asked sexual favors by an internationally popular Jordanian boxing referee during a boxing match. Ritika said that the referee gave his hotel's room number to her and invited her for dinner.
Usually, Ritika's father, also a boxer and her coach, accompanies her to all the tournaments but not present during that tour. However, the innocent Ritika was alerted by her seniors who revealed the referee's real intentions and saved her from the danger in the last minute.
