​Chief Minister on Saturday toured Kadapa District and took part in the Janmabhoomi-Maa Ooru programme at Alamkhanpalle in the district. Addressing the public gathering, Chandrababu said the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) initiated programmes have helped in the increase of the groundwater sources in Kadapa, Chittoor and Anantapur district. The Chief Minister further said that the government plans to link rivers in order to prevent drought situations in Rayalaseema and also complete all the projects. He also made the leaders and the people who participated in the Janmabhoomi programme to take an oath to be a part of building the Nvyandhra Pradesh.
