Hyderabad: AP Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his family will return to Hyderabad today (August 8). Mr Naidu wants to take a break after putting in long hours during the 12-day Godavari Pushkaralu. Mr. Naidu left for Turkey along with his family on August 1.
Officials said investors from Australia and France had invited Mr Naidu to visit their countries to discuss possible investments in Amaravati. Sources said Mr Naidu will plan the itinerary after he returns from his holiday.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh will be meeting AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu soon, say Sources in the Chief Minister’s Office.
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh had evinced interest in visiting the Amaravati region. He called on Mr Naidu before his trip to turkey.
Sources said Mr Naidu told his Chhattisgarh counterpart of his holiday schedule, and asked Mr Singh to come either before he leaves for Turkey or schedule the visit after he returns.
