Girl raped by neighbour in Sitapur
Sitapur: A seven-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a neighbour in a village in the district, police said.
The girl was alone in her house yesterday when the 21-year-old accused identified as Pramod allegedly raped her, they said.
When the victim's mother returned from her field she found her daughter in a critical condition.
Station Officer Sakran, Ramlal Yadav said that a case under POSCO Act has been registered on the complaint of the mother and the accused was arrested late in the evening.
