The Telangana government today issued orders to fill 2,444 posts in Gurukul Vidyalayas in the State.
According to information received, the State government has directed the TSPSC (Telangana State Public Service Commission) to take up a recruitment drive to fill posts in various departments in the Gurukul Vidyalayas. The Chief Minister's Office had already asked the TSPSC earlier to initiate steps in this regard.
With this, the TSPSC is expected to issue a notification soon to fill 758 posts in the social welfare department and 307 in the BC welfare department, and 313 in government gurukul, 436 in tribal welfare gurukul and 630 in minority welfare gurukul vidyalayas.
