Looks like Janasena Party leader Pawan Kalyan is on full fire today and his comments about the ruling and opposition parties are creating a controversy of sorts. After giving assurance about stopping the acquisition of fertile lands at Vundavalli, Pawan has questioned the ruling TDP leaders at Bethapudi village.
"I understand that the governments need some land to develop a state/country. But, acquiring them in excess of the required proportions is the issue here. I will get a clarity on why the TDP government need 30,000+ acres for a capital when 8 to 10,000 acres is more than enough to build a capital for Malaysia. I have no issues if the land is taken with the willingness of farmers, but grabbing them forcibly in the name of land-pooling act is completely against the ethics and morals," said Pawan Kalyan.
Adding to that, Pawan Kalyan has promised that he will be fasting unto death if anymore land is grabbed from the farmers without their consent. He warned the government to maturely deal with this sensitive issue.
