AP Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao said that AP Assembly is initiating several new people-friendly legislative practices to achieve all-round development of the State. He emotionally said, "Assembly has its procedures and rules which governs the conduct of legislators. It is a honor for me to chair the Assembly as everyone will not get this chance. I never felt great nor misused the authority."
