Kakinada: Andhra Pradesh chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today said Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao would have been a Shepard in Siddipet had it not been for Telugu Desam Party.

Chandrababu, who is on an official tour in West Godavari district was speaking in Kakinada. Addressing the local people today, Chandrababu said after the state bifurcation lot of problems like power, employees, civic bodies have  surfaced between the two Telugu states.

"When I told him to come for a discussion and solve the issues amicably, he never came forward to discuss with him and solve the issues," AP Chief Minister said.

"Had the TDP not groomed KCR, he would have continued to be a Shepard in Siddipet even today," he said sarcastically.
