The Telangana government faced HC heat as the latter stayed the relieving of 1,100 Andhra employees of Transco, by Telangana government, on the basis of localtion. Some 1,100 employees of Transco were to be relieved on that grounds that they were not locals. But they went to court challenging the order that it was against Section 82. The HC passed an interim order staying the transfer of the employees.
