Hyderabad: In order to clear extra rush of passengers during winter, four premium superfast special trains are being run between Bangalore and Visakhapatnam. According to the South Central Railway, Bangalore – Visakhapatnam Premium Superfast Special train will depart Bangalore on January 9 and 16 (Fridays) at 3.40 pm and arrive Visakhapatnam at 9.30 am on the next day. In the return direction, Visakhapatnam – Bangalore Premium Superfast Special train will depart Visakhapatnam on January 10 and 17 (Saturdays) at 4.45 pm and arrive Bangalore at 11 am on the next day.
Enroute, these premium special trains will stop at Krishnarajapuram, Jolarpettai, Renigunta, Nellore, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions. B’lore, Patna special train via Vijayawada Meanwhile, one special train will be run between Bangalore and Patna via Vijayawada.
As per the schedule, Bangalore-Patna Special Train will depart Bangalore at 10 am on December 31 (Wednesday) and arrive or depart Vijayawada at 10.55 or11.05 pm on the same day and arrive Patna at 10 am on the second day i.e., January 2. En route, this train will also stop at Bangalore Cantt, Krishnarajapuram, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Chennai Central, Gudur, Ongole, Warangal, Ramagundam, Balharshah, Nagpur, Itarsi, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Satna, Cheoki, Mughalsarai, Buxar, Ara and Danapur stations.
