The Andhra Pradesh government that has started off its rule with a deficit budget is exploring all ways and means to make development in cost-effective manner. It seems Chandrababu Naidu has proposed a 183 kms Outer Ring Rad covering 4000 acres of land.

It is said that these 4000 will be acquired by the government spending 5000 crores and the government also wants to put back some money for the land pooling required for the capital also. It seems the Central Government has already come forward to give the initial amount of Rs 19700 crore for the construction of the ORR.

According to the plan, the ORR passes through Nalla Cheruvu near Guntur, Gudivada, Hanuman Junction, Nuzvidu, Mylavaram, Kanchikacherala and Tenali. It seems the ORR is a eight-lane expressway along with the other service roads required on either sides.

It is said that the officials have been directed to make the shortest route possible and the government is all set to take 22.5 acres of land for every kilometre. So, Babu seems to be saving each and every penny by making an mind-blowing cost-effective plan!
