Congress MLC Shabbir Ali made controversial comments on Andhra pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today. Speaking to the media, Shabbir ali stated that the Andhra pradesh state is being hit by tragedies continuously after Chandrababu sworn-in as CM of the state.

CM's convoy accident in Tirumala, ONGC gas pipeline leakage tragedy in Rajahmundry, Hud Hud cyclone, Anantapur Bus accident near Penukonda etc occured after Chandrababu too oath as CM of the state, said Shabbir Ali.

The situation was not worse when compared to 1999 -2009 period during which Chandrababu was CM. Severe drought, Farmers suicides, land owners becoming daily wage labourers etc occured during the same period, added Shabbir Ali.

The MLC demanded for resignation of the CM Chandrababu Naidu. On the other hand, he suggested the TDP to make Telugudesam Party founder NTR's son Balakrishna as the next CM of the state.
