The High Court of Andhra Pradesh has given a judgement favoring the farmers of Thullur, the new capital region. As per the new verdict, Government has no right to acquire or take-over the lands of farmers who doesn't want to give their assets for the formation of new capital or any other development activity. The court has ordered CRDA (Capital Region Development Authority) to give back the already taken lands to the unwilling farmers!

Earlier, 30 to 40 farmers have filed a case at High Court saying that they would like to continue farming and doesn't want to get involved in the capital formation. They mentioned the new laws and acts of CRDA that's formed by AP government are applying pressure on them and asked the court to protect from those scary laws. Though most of these farmers belong to YSR Congress and the real intentions unknown, High Court's verdict will have to be implemented by the AP Capital Region Development Authority now!
