CBI,former minister Kothapalli Subbaraidu,Kothapalli Subbaraidu,Central Bureau of Investigation,case register against Subbaraid
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has registered a case against former Minister Kothapalli Subbaraidu.
The former Minister is alleged to have availed loan from State Bank of India by producing spurious documents. CBI is conducting searches at residence of Subbaraidu at Amalapuram, Bhimavaram and Hyderabad.
CBI has also registered a case against the SBI bank manager Murty, Three field officers Prashant Kumar, Kiran Kumar and Ram Satyam for processing the loans willingly knowing that they are fake documents.
Sources said that Subbaraiadu has availed a loan of Rs.5.75 crore from SBI, Narasaraopeta for 22 fish ponds.
