Central Government silently gave away shock to Chandrababu Naidu and his Ministers all the way. Chandrababu Naidu wanted to rope in Section 8 in Hyderabad at any cost to save himself from the crunch of TRS and KCR in special but Central government did not disclose any special authorities to Governor asking him to take care of the security of Seemandhriates in the city.

This took the surprise of Chandrababu. When Palvai Govardhan Reddy argued in special with Governor's rights on Hyderabad Central ministry asked decision of TG Government on Section 8 and special rights to Governor on Hyderabad. Haribhai Chaudhary later on concluded that TG Government will take each care of such things according to Reorganisation act 2014.
