On Monday, High Court ordered the AP Government to submit re-postmortem reports of the 20 woodcutters who were killed in the Seshachalam forests and adjourned the case to Wednesday.
The April 7 killings created huge uproar from all political parties, Human Rights bodies and FIR was registered against the police personnel involved in the encounter.
The wife of one of the deceased in the encounter, Muniyammal had lodged a complaint with Chandragiri Police in Chittoor district alleging that the encounter was planned and committed by the STF police and sought CBI probe into the killings.
