Former PCC president D. Srinivas, who recently quit the Congress party, is all set to join the Telangana Rashtra Samithi tomorrow. According to reports, DS may wear the pink khandva tomorrow in the presence of Telangana Chief Minster K Chandrashekar Rao at the Telangana Bhavan.

Several Congress leaders are expected to join the TRS along with DS. DS, who was sulking for some time for being sidelined by the party leadership, had recently met the Telangana CM and announced his decision to sail with TRS.

KCR reportedly assured DS of either an MLC seat under the local body quota or Rajya Sabha seat. Speculations were rife that he would join the TRS on July 6 but reports say that it was postponed to Wednesday.
