An unidentified passenger on Friday left about 25 gold biscuits in a flight bound for Saudi Arabia at the Rajiv Gandhi International airport in Shamshabad. The Air Intelligence Unit seized 2.8 kg gold from the plane after the passengers.
Cops suspect that the passenger who is carrying smuggled gold might have be been scared of the consequences had if he was caught during the security check at the Shamshabad airport and left the gold in the flight itself.
The Gold Biscuits were hid under the seat and nobody has claimed them yet. Air Intelligence Unit Sleuths are yet to figure out the passenger who smuggled them.
