Karimnagar: Rape attempt when horribly wrong for a person. Not only was his attempt to satiate lust on a patient thwarted, but he had to jump from the second floor of the hospital building.

The man had to finally get admitted to the same hospital with both his legs fractured.

The incident occurred in the Sircilla Government Hospital in Karimnagar district on Monday.The accused person, identified as Sattaiah, tried to rape an old lady under treatment in the hospital. When she raised an alarm, the hospital staff tried to nab him. In an attempt to flee, he jumped from the second floor and broke both his legs.
Police registered a case and probe is on.
