KCR announces Superb Textile Park at Warangal

Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today said that Warangal will get a magnificent Textile Park of national standards.

During a review meeting of the District, the Chief Minister said that the government will focus on transforming this city into a role model for all other textile companies across the nation.

Kakatiya celebrations will be conducted in a grand manner to attract the world in March or April 2015, he stated. These celebrations will not confine just to Warangal, but will be held in all 10 Telangana districts and historic Golconda Fort. Development of roads and junctions will be taken up in Warangal to cater to the needs of 20 lakh population, he said. The Chief Minister maintained that it was decided to give boost to this historic city by setting up multi level separators at selected places. Since Hyderabad is over crowded, the government plans to shift new companies, universities, institutes and industries to Warangal, he said.
