A two-member Singapore team will visit the AP Capital region for three days from Feb 2 to collect information of various resources available as part of its efforts to prepare the Master Plan for the proposed Capital City.

Srikant Nagulapalli, CEO of the AP Capital Region Development Authority ( CRDA), who has just returned from his Singapore trip, told reporters here on Wednesday that the team will meet experts and heads of various departments to prepare the action plan for the CRDA and implement the Capital City's master plan.

Disclosing that the Master Plan would get ready by June end, Srikanth said all aspects of public amenities such as public transportation, sports, parks, entertainment, universities, educational institutions, industries and housing would be taken into consideration while preparing the master plan.

Reiterating that new structures will come up in full synchronisation  with the existing structures in the 24 villages of capital region, Srikanth said those giving lands for the Capital city would get land pooling ownership certificates in the next nine months.
