Stephenson appeals Judge Siva Sankara Rao to skip his name

In another sensation, the petitioner Stephenson has filed a petition raising the objection of the fourth accused in the case Jerusalem Mattaiah to delete his name in the case. He appealed the judge Dr. Siva Sankar Rao to skip from the case. He filed a petition in the High Court. In his petition, he said that he had full faith on the courts but only for justice, he sought the action citing various counts. He said that Mattaiah is absconding for the last 25 days and was given to understand that he was in Vijayawada surroundings.

He also lodged a complaint with Vijayawada police against Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao. He said that Mattaiah is trying to evade from the interrogation of the investigating agency, he said in the petition. The accused is indulging in misuse of judicial machinery. He cited that on June 18, the petition that came before judge Siva Shankara Rao, Mattaiah petition was itemized as 157 and in normal course, it may not come up before court. He said that the junior counsel of AP Advocate General said that they would be requesting the court to take up the petition. AP Public Prosecutor has raised the Mattaiah petition in the morning requesting to take up but the judge said that it would come up in the evening. AP PP has no vakalath from Mattaiah and a public prosecutor appearing on behalf of an accused is an extra-ordinary one. The court took up the issue at 4pm and also the judged wanted all the advocates to leave the court hall gives raise to apprehensions, he said.
