Hyderabad: The stage is all set to conduct maiden Eamcet exams in Telangana State. Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari said all necessary arrangements were made to conduct Eamcet 2015 smoothly on May 14, across the State. Around 1,39 636 students are expected to take the exam in Engineering stream, while 92,362 have applied for Agriculture and Medicine streams.

Srihari also said all the centres were spruced up to enable students to take exams in a clean and healthy atmosphere.In a related development, TSCHE chairman Papi Reddy, and Convenor Prof Ramana Rao urged the students to reach the examination centres in time since students would not be allowed to enter the examination hall even if they turned up late even by a minute. Candidates should reach the centers, at least half-an-hour prior to the scheduled time.
They also said the officials at the centers were instructed to allow students to appear for the exam, even if they made it to other centers. The parents should not be worried since the government would provide adequate number of vehicles to shift the students to the exam centers. This arrangement was also made in districts as well as in towns, they said. RTA Officials said that nearly 600 buses will be run in Hyderabad on Thursday exclusively for Eamcet students.
