There have been a series of high profile and also low profile defections into TRS party right from the time it has come into power from TDP and Congress. Now sources say that a former TDP strongman got elected as TRS MLA from Ranga Reddy district.

And he lives near Ghatkesar has more or less achieved some great things for his boss and Telangana CM KCR. This MLA, known for his high handed ways right from TDP days has issued a blunt warning to all sarpanchs under his constituency during last six months.

He has reportedly told them to either join him and his party or face consequences. While those who have joined him under pressure are not happy, as they fear of being branded as traitors by their party cadre.

Sources say that those who haven’t joined TRS are facing terrible consequences in various ways. This is nothing new because those who are strong and have become MLAs tend to exercise a lot of muscle power on the local Sarpanchs.
