Hyderabad: The Telangana ACB is preparing to challenge the T-TDP MLA Revanth Reddy’s bail in the Supreme Court.
Arun Kumar, Assistant Advocate General of Telangana, said that conspiracy to destablise the TS government has been hidden in the cash-for-vote case.
He stated that Revanth had referred to a person as ‘boss’ on several occasions during the sting operation.
He said that Revanth Reddy should be investigated to know the name of the ‘boss’. “If boss's name is revealed then Revanth would become A-2 and the boss would become A-1 in the case,” he added.
Kumar recalled that the SC had struck down the bail of the accused in Satyam case after HC granted bail.
The TS ACB will file a petition in the SC in one or two days after receiving a copy of Revanth’s bail orders.
