Input subsidy and farmers issues have rocked the AP Assembly today leading to a war of words between Speaker Kodela Sivaprasad Rao and YCP chief YS Jagan. YS Jagan showed his anger on speaker for switching off his mike for which speaker responded strongly saying they cannot talk whatever they want under the sky in the house. If needed they can protest and come in proper format, he emphasized.
