The mortal remains of MLA Ram Reddy Venkat Reddy reached his native place yesterday and they will be consigned to flames today. KCR has directed that the funeral should be performed with state honours. Congress leader Batti Vikramarka said that the death of the MLA has left a void which can never be filled, especially for the people of Khammam. Ram Reddy had started his political career as a sarpanch.
