Modi has accepted the invitation to lay the foundation stone for Amaravati, capital of AP state, on October 22. The PM will also visit Tirumala on the occasion and inaugurate an airport terminal. The muhuratam for the stone laying ceremony has been fixed as 12.45 pm. The farmers, who had voluntarily given their lands for building of the state capital, will be called on stage and honoured.
