Visakhapatnam has stood fifth among the top 10 Swachh cities in the country in the latest survey by the Centre to bag Swachh Sarvekshan award. Senior bureaucrat heading the Andhra Pradesh Bhavan at New Delhi, Veena Ish, received two awards in this regard on behalf of the Visakhapatnam administration at a function held here on Monday.
