Telangana Congress party senior leaders Shabbir Ali ,Ponnam Prabhakar and other leaders were held a press meet on Telangana budget 2015-16. They are all criticized TRS government on Mission Kakatiya project. Shabbir blamed the TRS government for ignoring the welfare of poor, socially backward sections, marginalized and minority sections in the State since nine months.

He also added that Mission Kakatiya project is doing for personal benefits and it will not helpful to poor. Ponnam Prabhakar slammed Minister Harish Rao for offering gifts to Journalist who write the article positively on Mission Kakatiya project, he said that if any journalist shows the actual facts or mistakes happening in teh name of Mission Kakatiya than Congress Party will award him with 1 lakh.
