Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja and writer-actor Uttej are very good friends since their struggling stages in industry. The duo is continuing the friendship even today. If any director or writer approaches Ravi Teja with a script, the actor is sending them to Uttej who will look after the entire script and finalize whether it has potential to work out at box office or to make any changes to it.
It is also heard that, Uttej will also involve in story discussions of Ravi Teja films. If Uttej asks for any changes in scripts, directors have to oblige, informs a buzz. Although his name is not mentioned in any of Ravi Teja's films, Uttej is supervising all the scripts.
Uttej was introduced by Ram Gopal Varma with the film Siva. Later, he acted in several films of RGV and Krishna Vamsi. Uttej won Nandi award in best comedian category for the film Chandamama. Both Ravi Teja and Uttej worked together for several movies, as assistant directors and also as actors.
Now, even after reaching many heights in career, Ravi Teja is still maintaining same rapport with Uttej. In fact, he gave big responsibility to his old close pal!
