India has improved its rank in porn watching from fourth to third place dislodging Canada. According to Pornhub, a popular adult site that streams videos, has released its annual report of porn watching with the list of countries with penetration to porn on internet world wide.
Out of top 20 rankings, the site said, in 2015, India was in third place in the list of porn watching ranks. United States(US) occupied the first place, United Kingdom(UK) in second place and India had got the third place knocking Canada out of 3rd place with a one rank position gain. India has improved its position with one rank compared to the year of 2014 when the third slot was occupied by Canada.
The site stated that across the world, people watch porn invariably when they get web connection and India has over 300 million web users and watching porn has fairly become common for anyone who has access to the internet. With the number of internet subscribers growing, number of people watching porn is also going to grow, Pornhub noted.
In India, according to findings of Pornhub, the country has been mostly searching for 'teen porn' and, obviously, porn that is 'Indian'. While the majority of the Indians are searching for pornography of Bollywood babe 'Sunny Leone', followed by Lisa Ann and Priya Rai.
Indians are also watching porn for slightly longer duration. “India added over a minute to their now 9:30 average since last year, whereas France's 9:90 average visit exactly same to the last year's length, revealed Pornhub.
Also more women in India are watching porn. India's proportion of female viewers went up from 26 percent in 2014 to 30 percent in 2015, while Philippines still holds the top position with the largest share of female viewers at 35 percent, up from 34 percent last year, Pornhub noted.
According to the adult site, majority (60 percent) of its viewers in India use mobile phones to access their site. In comparison, only 27 percent use a desktop computers.
Pornhub also revealed that....
Globally, the site is getting hits mostly from mobile phones- 49.9 percent, from desktop- 47.5 percent and from tablets- 2.6 percent...
