Telugu film Kshanam starring Adivi Sesh, Adah Sharma and Anasuya Bharadwaj was a true blockbuster in recent times. The film made with a budget of Rs 1.1 crore has provided 3 to 4 times profits to the makers.
Few Tamil and Hindi filmmakers showed interest to remake the film in their respective languages. However, if a latest speculation is to be believed, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan will be remaking Kshanam in Hindi under his home production- Salman Khan Films.
As per the buzz, Salman Khan has watched Kshanam along with his filmmaker friend Sajid Nadiadwala and he loved it to the core. The Dabangg star wants to remake the movie with a whopping budget of Rs 80 crores. Apparently, they will make enough changes to the script to make it more engaging, without spoiling the flow in the original version.
In fact, story was the hero in Kshanam, whereas, the look and feel will be changed completely with Salman Khan on board and the high budget. Salman's favorite co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui is likely to play the antagonist, while the actors to play the roles of Adah and Anasuya are yet to be finalized.
Slaman Khan has tasted hits in the past with Telugu remakes. Now, he is testing luck again with Kshanam which has best chances to do wonders in Bollywood.
