Adho mukho svanasana or downward facing dog pose will stretch and tone your back and shoulders while toning your hamstrings and calves.

Vasishthasana or sage pose and ardha navasana or half boat pose will work on your oblique muscles and help trim your waist.

Makara adho mukho svanasana or plank pose is excellent to tone your arms and say goodbye to your belly bulge.
