Whenever it comes to issuing photo identification cards, the goof ups made by our civic authorities are legendary. In the past, we have heard of instances where national celebrities like Sachin, Salman, Shah Rukh and even Aishwarya Rai were issued fake government id proofs such as Aadhar cards, voter IDs and driving licenses etc.
Now, Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai has been issued the NTR health card by the authorities in Gangupalli Thanda of Bollapalli mandal in Nellore district. What's even more baffling is that the card has names of Banoth Balesu Bai, a local resident, featuring Aishwarya's photograph on the front side and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu's photo in the back.
Startled with the card, the family members of Balesu Bai have returned the card to the revenue officials, who are now in the process of issuing them a new card.
