A Court in Anantapur issued to summons to Indian ODI & T20 skipper Mahendra SIngh Dhoni on Monday asking him to appear before the court in person on November 7th.
VHP filed a petition alleging Dhoni's attire, denigrating a Lord Vishnu, on a magazine cover has hurt the sentiments of Hindus. Summons has been issued for the Cricketer regarding the same.
Interestingly, Dhoni stayed in news for another reason on Monday. The skipper quit his practice session midway due to the loud music played at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack. The DJ testing the speakers has upped the volume and this immediately put off the Mr.Cool Captain who was practicing then. After the DJ ignored his message to turn the music off, Dhoni left the nets midway.
India will take on South Africa in a must-win T20 match here Today. While the first T20, which is a thriller, was won by South Africa, India has to be the winning side in Today's match to level the series.
