Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is said to have changed his plans and he will now fly in to Amaravati in a helicopter instead of going by the road for the foundation stone laying ceremony.
The decision to take the helicopter route was taken after after officials informed the chief minister that there would be heavy traffic on the Hyderabad-Amaravati motorway in view of the foundation stone laying ceremony.
