TDP founder NTR's daughter and former Minister for State Daggubati Purandeswari could be given the chance to lead the BJP party in Andhra Pradesh. Once considered the bete noire of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Purandeswari is an able politician and comes from the NTR family. She may well be the perfect choice for leading BJP in AP. Purandeswari was previously in the Congress party, but jumped to BJP unable to withstand the corruption and internal politics in Congress.
