Anantapur: AP Information Technology Minister Palle Raghunath Reddy today challenged the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to issue notices to TDP president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in cash-for-vote scam.

Speaking to the reporters here, Palle refuted the allegations that TDP came to an understanding with the Centre to come clean in the case. He said that the notices were only issued to the newspapers and television channels which telecasted ‘false news’ and tapes featuring purported conversation between Chandrababu Naidu and TRS MLA Elyis Stephenson.

He opined that Election Commission of India should inquire into the scandal.

He asked the T News management to give reply to the notices and clarified that there were no restrictions on transmission of television channels in the State.
