Hyderabad: The AP government is going to lodge a complaint against Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan with the Centre for remaining silent regarding the injustice being done to AP by TS government.
Deputy Chief Minister K.E. Krishna Murthy went vocal on Wednesday stating that AP was not getting justice on issues like Eamcet, change of names of institutes like the N.G. Ranga Agric-ultural University listed in Schedule X despite bringing them to the notice of the Governor.

Sources said the AP government has decided to take up the matter with the Centre stating that Narasimhan is the “common Governor” of both TS and AP but the interests of the latter were not being protected. “Governor Narasimhan is behaving like the Governor of Telangana and this has been represented to Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu by at least three ministers,” sources said.
When contacted, the Deputy CM said, “It is the duty of the Governor to prevail upon the TS government to abide by the AP Reorganisation Act.

We still have confidence that the Governor will protect the interests of AP. But if things do not get resolved at the Governor's level, then the TD government which is a partner in the BJP-led NDA will bring it to the notice of the Centre,” he said.

The Deputy CM recalled the meeting of Mr Naidu and KCR with the Governor and asked, “What is the outcome of the meeting. The TS government is doing what it wants without giving a second thought about the interests of AP. The Centre needs to know all this including the role of the Governor in settling the issues between the two states,” he said.
