Yet another unfortunate incident happened in Hyderabad which is a grave consequence of excessive usage of WhatsApp. As per the reports, Rajesh Sharma, a resident of Sitharampet near Mangalhat, killed his wife of 14 years after he grew suspicious over his wife Saritha's excessive chatting on WhatsApp. Reportedly, the husband nurtured his suspicion over the time after he noticed that his wife spends a lot of time on WhatsApp chatting, phone conversations and even late night texts.

As per the reports, Rajesh Sharma works as a salesman and he has two children with his wife Saritha, who was 34 years old. Reports say that Rajesh has been noticing Saritha's addiction to WhatsApp and warned her on a few occasions to stay away from social networking. Yesterday, Rajesh took leave from work only to keep an eye on his wife's mobile activity.
 
When Rajesh noticed that Saritha was talking to someone one on the phone, he asked her to give him the mobile to which Saritha refused. A heated argument took place and in a fit of rage, Rajesh hit his wife's head with an iron rod, leaving her bleeding profusely. He then surrendered himself in the police station.
