Hyderabad:  D Srinivas, Additional Advocate General of Andhra Pradesh, on Thursday informed the vacation court that the state government would not issue any notification concerning land pooling for the capital city at present. Justice M S Ramchandra Rao of the High Court at Hyderabad was dealing with a writ petition Abhista Reality and Ventures private limited and others questioning the government order exempting the Capital City Development Project from rigors of Social Impact Assessment and avoidance of multi-crop lands from land acquisition.
