Undoubtedly the best boss ever in the world, Li Jinyuan, the head of China's multimillion real estate, finance and biotechnology firm.

Tiens, has treated his 6,400 staff to a dreamy vacation in France to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary. More than 24 million pounds have been spent during this luxurious vacation.  The entire staff was flown in to France's capital Paris in 84 specially arranged flights. And they were all accommodated in 140 three and four star hotels, while the directors of Tiens stayed in luxurious five star hotels across the most popular tourist destinations across France. The boss even booked 7,600 train tickets to take his employees to the popular tourist island on the south coast, Cote d'Azur.

Becoming the single largest group ever to visit France, the Tiens' staff also formed the world's longest human made phrase which read, Tiens' dream is Nice in the Côte d'Azur. This feat has even been acknowledged by the Guinness Book of world Records. Throughout the Tiens' holiday, the French government took utmost care to serve its special visitors.

Li Jinyuan is China's 24th richest person with an estimated wealth of $1.2 billion.
